About the role:

The FP&A Senior Analyst CI&TS (Customer Innovation & Technical Solutions) will be responsible for analyzing financial data, supporting month-end management reporting (including accruals review and data source preparation) and analysis with primary focus on R&D project data with Global scope. This role requires strong analytical skills, communication abilities and the ability to work effectively in a remote and fast changing environment. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor and update performance indicators (PIs) and provide analysis to identify areas of improvement (e.g. FC/SC).
  • Prepare variance analysis reports and present findings to management up to VP level.
  • Take responsibility for departments Cost Controlling and perform meaning full actions to upkeep high accounting accuracy, in line with IRFS.
  • Collaborate with functional teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Conduct analysis to identify areas of improvement.
  • Partner with business partners to promote best practices and influence positive change.
  • Support business partners in data management and solution finding in system related issues.
  • Develop financial models and conduct scenario analysis to support business partners in evaluating investment decisions.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial management commentaries for CI&TS performance.
  • Prepare (accruals) and analyze month-end data and management reports (Project data, costs, P&L).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance reporting processes and data accuracy.
  • Deliver results to leadership teams and department VPs in a clear and understandable way.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline FP&A activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory changes related to factory financial management.

 

About You:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or MBA.
  • BI tools related certification would be an assetProficiency in English, both written and oral.
  • Prior experience in Controlling and/or FP&A and/or Reporting, 4-6 years.
  • Prior experience in Factory/Supply Chain/R&D controlling nice to have.
  • Very good data analytics and reporting skills.
  • Expanded skillset in Microsoft Office package with strong focus on Excel (Tables, Pivot Tables, lookups variants).
  • Proficiency in data-based Microsoft tools: Power Query and PowerBI.
  • Knowledge of SAP and SalesForce (NPI Module) would be highly appreciated.
