About the role:


The Sales Support, Cocoa GCA’s role is part of the Commercial team managing the Cocoa Global Accounts. This position reports directly into the VP or Director, Cocoa Global Corp Accounts, but works closely with the Cocoa GCA Account leads on specific accounts. The Sales Support role also engages directly with the customers (Purchasing Managers) to help drive the sales and order-to-cash process. The role is often the front-line between BC and the customer. 

 

 

Key responsibilities:

 

 

  • Manage daily communications with customers on a wide range of Commercial and Supply Chain topics;
  • Support the Cocoa GCA managers on aspects of key account management (pricing, contracting, forecasting, OTIF reviews);
  • Collaborate internally across regions and departments to facilitate execution of global long-term supply agreements with customers; 
  • Find solutions and answers for all kind of problems & requests (e.g. delivery issues, QA issues, certificates, spot requests, sample requests…);
  • Analyzing forecasted, booked and delivered volumes. Double check with the customer and provide Planning, Sales and Customers with requested information;
  • Data Management: collect, save, update customer master data in SalesForce.

 


About you:

 

 

  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Customer/ Sales support;
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred;
  • Strong analytical skills – comfort working with Excel;
  • Fluent in English both written and spoken;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and solving problems;
  • Well organized, detail oriented;
  • Flexibility to identify various solutions for customers;
  • SAP and Salesforce are a plus.
