This role plays a key part in supporting commercial operations and ensuring smooth collaboration across multiple departments, including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Care and Research & Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners to support day-to-day business operations.
  • Contribute to the preparation and upkeep of documentation supporting commercial and customer-related processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of operational and customer data across internal systems.
  • Support the resolution of operational matters related to order processing and post-sales activities.
  • Assist in compiling data and preparing reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
  • Provide general administrative and coordination support to the commercial team.


About you:

  • 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational or matrix environment.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and customers' requests at the same time
  • Solid analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with tools such as Salesforce and SAP.
  • Fluency in English is required, along with fluency in either French or German.
  • A flexible, resilient mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
