About the role:

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Sales Account Manager to grow our Food Manufacturing business and build strong customer relationships. As Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets within your territory, working closely with industrial customers and regional partners.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new B2B customers.
  • Understand customer needs and offer tailored product solutions.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Technical, CA).
  • Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage sales data and reporting (Salesforce, weekly updates).
  • Coordinate promotional and technical activities with customers.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal policies.
  • Share market insights with colleagues and contribute to team knowledge.
  • Travel regularly (approx. 30%) to meet customers and support sales activities.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferably in Economics, Business, or Marketing).
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in FMCG or food industry.
  • Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of chocolate or food manufacturing is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable working with MS Office Workspace, Salesforce, and MS Office.
  • Analytical, customer-focused, and solution-oriented.
  • Able to navigate complex matrix organizations and manage end-to-end customer processes.
