We are expanding our team and are looking for a Sales Account Manager for the Baltics region. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and achieving commercial targets within your territory (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). Reporting to the Sales Director Baltics, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and executing sales and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

 

The candidate needs to be located within the Baltics region. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales activities to achieve budget, volume, and revenue (NSV) targets across the assigned territory
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers’ strategies, brands, and product categories to deliver tailored solutions and identify future growth potential
  • Conduct regular customer visits and manage time effectively to maximize sales impact
  • Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate pricing and delivery terms, and close deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing, Category Management, and Technical teams to ensure seamless execution
  • Continuously propose improvements and innovative approaches to expand market presence
  • Maintain accurate CRM data (e.g. Salesforce) and ensure high-quality reporting and forecasting
  • Monitor market trends and actively share insights and feedback with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant trade regulations
  • Manage administrative tasks including reporting, price list updates, and pipeline tracking
  • Take ownership of commercial performance and consistently follow up on targets and results

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, ideally within an international FMCG environment (B2B experience is a plus)
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high level of autonomy and ownership
  • Solid understanding of the chocolate/confectionery market and key industry players is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Salesforce and SAP is a plus
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Willingness to travel frequently (30%+)
