What You’ll Do:
• Run and monitor pilot-scale production and application trials (tempering, molding, etc.)
• Adjust raw materials and parameters to ensure perfect results every time
• Perform lab analyses (rheology, fineness, moisture) to guarantee quality standards
• Plan daily operations, assign tasks, and support your team in achieving production goals
• Manage materials, inventory, and data in SAP, Salesforce, and other systems
• Oversee equipment maintenance and ensure safety, hygiene, and quality compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (QA, Technical, R&D) to solve challenges and drive improvement
• Represent the Pilot Plant in meetings and train new team members

What We’re Looking For:
• Degree in Food Science, Gastronomy, or related field (preferably confectionery)
• 2+ years of experience in food, confectionery, or chemical industry
• Strong computer and database skills (MS Office, SAP, Salesforce)
• Fluent English
• Hands-on approach, precision, and innovation mindset
• Electrical certification (SEP) and sanitary clearance preferred
