About the role:

The position holder must bring a strong understanding of BCOS processes from a systems perspective and how to support related processes in SAP. In collaboration with local teams, the Business Process Owner will identify opportunities for process improvement, assess their potential impact, and lead deployments across production sites in various clusters.

A critical responsibility of this role is to ensure sustainable, continuous improvements in BCOS processes, measured through leading and lagging KPIs. Consistent and standardized training delivery will be key to achieving this, alongside fostering a deep understanding of process parameters (supported by reports and KPIs).

This role will also support power users at our production sites. As such, the position holder will be the go-to person for issues that local power users are unable to resolve, providing solutions based on their own knowledge or guiding others in resolving the issue.

The position holder will also enable the organization of BCOS implementation waves and support operational performance by managing digital support for these initiatives. They will act as the administrator of the EY Catalyst tool and support the PMO role for the Next Level Operations Performance Initiative, working closely with the P&OE team and manufacturing sites to achieve set objectives.


Key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning of BCOS implementation waves
  • Validate business process standards and ensure that procedures, training, and documentation are in place
  • Act as the administrator of the EY Catalyst tool
  • Lead global BCOS process improvements and deployments
  • Support the design of Cluster/Site process controls in line with policies and standards; validate execution and drive global standardization
  • Identify timeline and delivery risks, communicating with stakeholders as needed
  • Flag interdependencies to the initiative team
  • Prepare materials for Steering Committee meetings
  • Prioritize the productivity agenda to achieve the B04 Next Level initiative’s goals
  • Prioritize CAPEX definition and execution to maximize results
  • Occasional travel required (~20% or more)
  • Collaborate with sites across different time zones

     

About you:

  • 7+ years of experience in roles such as Operations Excellence, Production, Inventory Management, or Order Fulfillment
  • Advanced knowledge of SAP from a production process perspective, with exposure to project management and BI reporting
  • Experience in project and change management
  • Familiarity with CI processes and tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
  • Strong communication and networking skills, with well-developed soft skills for coaching, training, and coordination
  • Ability to influence stakeholders at various levels within the organization
  • Comfortable operating in a changing environment and handling ambiguity
  • Ability to work virtually and across different cultures
  • Effective organizational and analytical skills
