Pricing Controlling Analyst

As a pricing controlling analyst, you have a key role, ensuring the costs utilized for making price decisions are accurate. An ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, be responsive to stakeholders and form strong relationships with key stakeholders. Key responsibilities:
- Manage SAP system entries for routine cost updates including freight, packaging, controls deltas, and factory costs.
- Support the maintenance and assurance of accurate costs included in product selling prices.
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of recurring cost updates, utilizing SAP, BW and analytical tools.
- Produce reports to be used by key stakeholders in pricing, sales, or finance.
- Execute costing runs; generate the impact between cost changes.
- Perform certain daily, weekly or monthly controls as pertaining to Internal Control System.
- Support the active contract management processes: Follow-up on late contracts, cancellation of old contracts.
- Participate in internal projects to review the impact on the cost structure, profitability and pricing process.
- Manage rebate and commissions process in collaboration with the finance and accounting teams.
- Support the entire pricing team with SAP issues and error resolution.
- Ad-hoc analysis as needed.
About you:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics, Business Administration or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Finance or Pricing function.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Advanced skills Microsoft Excel (lookup, index-match, pivot tables, etc.).
- PowerBi Experience is mandatory.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment or with SAP.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with efficiency and effectiveness.
- Enthusiastic team member with a willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing business demands and priorities.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interface with various levels of management.
