Location: Role requires visits in the GBS office (Wolczańska st.), and the Plant (Nowy Józefów st.). During the onboarding period frequent presence in the office required, after that time hybrid set up available.

 

About the role:

The person in this position is leading payroll and time management process for both Manufacturing and GBS locations, working closely with other team members. Responsibilities are shared within the team, and team members actively back each other up to ensure continuity and accuracy of service. The person is responsible for the administration activities related to HR and payroll topic and remuneration components, the flow of internal and external documentation. The person is leading internal and external HR and payroll audits as well as the reporting system within the company and external official offices. The person takes an active part in the implementation of the company's HR strategy, implements HR projects resulting from local and group policies, as well as looking for improvements in everyday work. 

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Keeping personnel documentation (processing, distribution and archiving of documents and personal data in accordance with the applicable provisions of the labor law). Documents delivery to an external payroll company.
  • Monitoring of working time, time schedules, holidays and sick leaves, reports.
  • Contact with an external payroll company to ensure a correct payroll process.
  • Preparation of periodical reports and analyzes, KPI measurement. Collaboration with the Finance BP.
  • Benefits administration: group life insurance, medical care, sport card, lunch card, PPE, ZFSS.
  • Supervision of the validity of periodic medical examinations and periodic health and safety training of employees and their organization.
  • SuccessFactors (local HRIS system) data management and reports (data quality).
  • Participation in the preparation, updating of documentation and procedures and their analysis in terms of compliance with the labor code and policies of the BC group.
  • Compliance with the requirements of the RODO / GIODO Act and ongoing auditing of the system. Ensuring the security and confidentiality of personal data processed.
  • Leading the internal and external HR and payroll audits.
  • On Boarding and Off Boarding process permanent and temporary employees (system and documentation).
  • Contact with temp agencies and maintaining documentation of temporary employees.
  • Cooperation with local polish HR teams in the field of current personnel matters
  • The point of contact for employees.

 

About you:

  • 5+ years of HR experience, including 2+ recent years in Payroll Administration.
  • Professional bachelor’s degree (HR, Law & Administration or similar); postgraduate HRM / Psychology is a plus.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Labor Law and Time & Attendance.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Confident user of MS Office; SuccessFactors and TETA will be an asset.
  • Experienced in HR/payroll operations and delivering tasks and projects on time.
  • Team‑oriented, collaborative, and supportive of shared responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; high personal culture.
  • Honest, discreet, and reliable in handling sensitive information.
  • Effective under pressure with strong time and priority management.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Proactive, independent, and continuously looking for process improvements.
  • Comfortable working in a hybrid setup in two locations in Łódź
