OPR Supply Planner with French

About the role:
- Ensure Customers orders are delivered in time through the good execution of supply planning.
- Execute the weekly planning in the reactive horizon (0 – 6 weeks), optimize and communicate the plan for Solids (cakes/powder) or Liquid (liquor / butter) with all stakeholders involved in the process. Track the metrics and KPI's, identifying resulting risks and opportunities on a daily basis to fulfill the requested sales orders management position.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure optimized deployment of planning in the 0-6 weeks time horizon through the entire netwok: European factories, Subco, African flows, TP suppliers;
- Ensure best possible service to interco choco partners and TP customers;
- Ensure stock projection & control for the areas he is responsible of: ensure stocks are in line with target at macro level but also at SKU level – address deviation if any;
- In collaboration with senior supply planner, bridge active and reactive planning horizons: smooth transition without any risk or impact in the short term service performance;
- Update reporting tools to support the entire short term planning process, maintain target service level KPI – daily and weekly;
- Be a key actor of S&OE process :
- Hold weekly reviews with assigned production sites to discuss production schedules and raw material concerns and all needs for the 6 weeks rolling;
- Attend Daily Gemba talking with Operational Stakeholders in the factories linking it to the weekly plan;
- Be a key player in building the future of S&OE and take part in all relevant process steps;
- Identify issues, propose solutions, challenge status quo and escalate when necessary;
- Help facilitate cross-functional communication between the different stakeholders in the business, as example: factory, sales, customer care, inventory, quality, distribution and transportation teams;
- Get consensus between sales/ Q.A/ factories and planning teams for ending up an issue in the reactive horizon and linking it to the active horizon planning;
- In collaboration with customer service and sales team, recommend and co build prioritization process/ demand shaping when needed;
- Have a collaborative, communicative & proactive attitude in the Planning Team;
- Work towards Continuous Improvement in the Cocoa Supply Chain Planning.
About you:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or similar;
- Desirably 1st experience in Planning, S&OE/ Supply Chain & inventory processes, with knowledge and foundations/ principles in SCM;
- 3-5 years experience in supply chain planning in an industrial and international environment;
- Advanced in English;
- Advanced in French;
- Excel-Advanced;
- Previous experience with SAP, OMP, and Business Objects preferred;
- Microsoft Power BI Advanced will be a differential;
- Autonomous – Ability to work with a remote manager & Team;
- Strong analytical skills with focus on process & controls.
