About the role:
The Manager, Group FP&A is responsible for leading the preparation and analysis of monthly actuals and forecast reporting at Group level, owning the coordination of the monthly closing and drive reviews with the regional FP&A teams. As a key member of the Global FP&A function, you support strategic decision-making by delivering data-driven insights, accurate and timely reporting, and contributing to a wide range of finance transformation initiatives.
This position involves close collaboration with many internal stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Create and consolidate group financial reports to management and CFO
- Support with business planning and business control within the organization
- Develop and maintain financial models, to support management reporting (Lead Team, Executive Committee, Board, Investor Relations)
- Enhance dashboards and financial reports to increase transparency, drive accountability, and support data-driven decision-making at all levels.
- Identify and provide insights into movement between actuals, forecasts, prior year, latest estimates, and budget, along with supporting variance analyses
- Collaborate with other analysts on insights on respective areas (Volume, Margins, Costs, Profit, Capex, NWC, Leverage) and provide backup support
- Act as a key user and contributor to FP&A systems enhancement
- Proactively investigate automation opportunities and coordinate their realization with IT from idea to go-live and testing
- Support ad-hoc, time-sensitive analysis requirements
- Maintain compliance with processes and procedures, recommend corrective action when identified and maintain suitable records to demonstrate compliance
About You:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8/10+ years of management experience in Controlling and/or FP&A and/or Reporting with good accounting understanding
- Experience in international corporate environment and matrix organizations would be considered a plus
- Data analytics and reporting skills
- Ability to connect financial reporting figures with business insights
- Experience in management reporting and group-level FP&A processes
- Expertise in financial modelling and forecasting
- Experience with BI tools, SAP and Business Warehouse
- Proficiency in English, both written and oral
