About the role:
We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to support our global HRBP team, with a focus on senior leaders based in Switzerland. This role involves assisting in the execution of strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day operations across multiple enabling functions (Finance, Human Resources, Digital, Procurement and others). Key responsibilities include conducting OrgVue reconciliations for current and future FTE numbers, as well as tracking hires and exits to ensure data accuracy. The role also entails preparing high-quality, presentation-ready content, particularly in PowerPoint, for the Vice President. Ideal candidates will bring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, professional formats.
Key responsibilities:
- Support Global HRBPs in Operational Execution.
- OrgVue Reconciliations (As-is, To-be FTEs, Hirings & Exits).
- Support VP HR with Presentation-Ready Content (mainly PPT).
- Headcount Reporting & Workforce Dashboard Updates.
- Supporting in prepare overviews of staff turnover and reports on engagement surveys for the supported population.
- Administrative Support for Global HR Projects.
- Process Improvement Suggestions & Feedback Loop Participation.
- Assisting in the approval process for job requisitions / hirings.
- Regular interaction with Senior Leaders, above all Global HRBP’s.
- Occasional interaction with the HR Leadership Team (HRLT).
- Requires concise, respectful, and culturally aware communication—primarily via email, MS Teams, and PowerPoint.
About you:
- Higher degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years in an HR generalist or HR coordinator role, covering core HR processes (e.g. recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management).
- Hands-on experience with common HR Information Systems (SAP SuccessFactors, OrgVue) and Excel for reporting and analytics.
- Experience supporting or partnering with business functions (e.g. operations, sales, or finance) on people-related matters.
- Basic project management training (e.g., Prince2 Foundation, Agile Fundamentals) is a plus.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written) – mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel – mandatory.
- Ability to create executive-level presentations and handle data-heavy spreadsheets.
- Experience or high aptitude to work with Successfactors.
- Basic data analysis and reconciliation skills.
- Understanding of FTE metrics, headcount tracking, and workforce planning principles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential data accurately.
- Ability to work across cultures and time zones; experience in a global environment is highly desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in translating complex information into clear and visual formats.
