About the role:

This position ensures seamless execution of global shipments. You will oversee the planning and execution of transportation, manage logistics service providers, and monitor their performance. You are an essential connection point between internal teams and our external logistics partners.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage transport and coordinate loadings with warehouses and logistics partners.
  • Ensure customer order fulfillment according to contracts.
  • Ensure all customer and legal requirements are met.
  • Issue shipping documents on time and communicate with customers.
  • Act as a liaison between external logistics partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Plan and coordinate deliveries from external suppliers.
  • Validate and approve cost invoices.
  • Support cost and process improvement initiatives.
  • Manage the monthly cost accrual process.
  • Handle issue management and escalate when necessary.

 

About you:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Logistic or similar.
  • 3+ years’ experience in supply chain and/or import/export logistics - knowledge of international transportation regulations and processes.
  • Fluent in English, other European languages will be an asset.
  • Knowledge of MS/Google Office Suite, Power BI, SAP.
  • Solution-oriented mindset, able to prioritize effectively also in stressful situations.
  • Proven ability to overcome obstacles and deliver results.
  • Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions independently.
