About the role:

Join Us in Shaping the Future of Digital HR at Barry Callebaut. At Barry Callebaut, we’re on an exciting journey to transform how we work through innovative HR technology.

As our HRIS Product Owner, you will play a key role in driving this transformation - connecting people, systems, and data to create a seamless digital employee experience across the globe. This is a unique opportunity to lead two cornerstone products in our HR technology ecosystem - ATOSS (Time & Attendance) and one of the SAP SuccessFactors modules ensuring they evolve to meet the needs of our business and employees worldwide.

You’ll collaborate closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to define product vision, shape system enhancements, and deliver practical, scalable digital solutions that make work simpler and smarter.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead HRIS product: Own the product roadmap and continuous improvement of ATOSS and respective module of SAP SuccessFactors, aligning them with global HR strategy and business priorities.
  • Act as the bridge: Translate business needs into system solutions - connecting HR, Digital (IT), and external partners to deliver high-quality releases and process improvements.
  • Drive innovation: Monitor market trends, explore new functionalities, and identify opportunities to automate, simplify, and elevate the employee experience.
  • Manage delivery: Prioritize and oversee product backlogs, testing, and releases; ensure data integrity, compliance, and system stability.
  • Support the community: Collaborate with local HR teams, process owners, and end-users guiding them through new functionalities, updates, and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance: Work with internal and external partners to maintain GDPR and data-protection standards while supporting global and local HR processes.

About you:

  • A university degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in HR Technology or HRIS product ownership (ATOSS, SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Hands-on experience in configuring Time & Attendance systems is essential - experience with ATOSS is highly valued, but proficiency with other comparable T&A systems is necessary.
  • A strong mix of technical fluency and HR process understanding - able to translate complex requirements into actionable solutions in global HR environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across cultures and functions.
  • Analytical mindset, problem-solving attitude, and the ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken).

We offer:

  • Employment on a regular basis in the sweetest company in the world.
  • Annual bonus based on your work results.
  • Lunch card to be used for groceries and restaurants.
  • Private medical care in Lux Med (basic package fully financed by BC).
  • Fit Profit sports card co-financed by BC.
  • PPE: we care about your future, and we save money for your retirement.

  • As part of our work-life balance culture, we can start work between 7 am and 10 am.
  • Free consultation with a lawyer once a quarter.
  • Chocolate! Yes, surprising but we have chocolate in the office, for Christmas, BC’s Birthday, and many other occasions during the year.
  • And if chocolate is still not enough, you can join one of our theme clubs, where together with other employees we develop our passions and interests.
  • Daily delivery of fresh fruits and veggies to the office.
  • You can purchase our sweet products with a special discount.
  • Relax zone in the office and plenty of options to choose from: PlayStation 5, football table, pool table, Ping-Pong, library, table games, and massage chairs.
  • Sport @work? Sure! We have treadmills and indoor exercise bikes with a laptop station.
