About the role:
The Global Supply Chain Reporting & Planning analyst is responsible for performing and providing data insight and planning analytics within the Supply Chain planning organization. Main responsibilities include supporting with daily, weekly and monthly activities, reconciling data within reports and KPI’s, and additional analysis and highlighting enhancements to reports, KPI’s and activities. He/she is supporting the regional and global SC teams with the relevant data, analysis and insights to drive the business. He/she promotes standards and trainings and is accountable for the planning data quality in the business reporting layer.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and enhance of business reports (BW) and visualization (PowerBI) in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support the teams across the regions with related reporting and analysis
- Generate, maintain and publish KPI’s (forecast accuracy, OTIF, ..) within the PowerBI landscape
- Define and update the standards for KPI’s definition and calculation
- Communicate KPI’s to all involved stakeholders with related comments to understand gaps or evolutions
- Define analysis to be performed to understand gaps
- Continuously identify improvements in the planning analysis and reporting area, that would be bringing added value to the teams
- Highlights any improvement
- Follow-ups on tasks and activities
- Perform ad hoc data analysis to support decision making or to understand performance gaps
About you:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Experience: in a similar role for at least 2 years
- Language: English (at least B2)
- Tools: Excel intermediate/advanced and Power BI (Required)
- Strong analytical skills (Critical thinking, ability to challenge and translate data)
