As a Global Supplier Quality (GSQ) Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Supplier Quality team by managing supplier and material data, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with internal teams to drive quality and efficiency in our supply chain.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the daily handling of SRM requests, including pre-checks, approvals, and allocation to GSQ Analysts.
- Collect and analyze supplier and raw material data to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
- Manage and follow up on sample shipments and analyses when required.
- Gather legal descriptions to ensure accurate product labeling.
- Administer raw material certificates, specifications, and supplier questionnaires.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
About you:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a quality or R&D function (preferably in the food industry).
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and food legislation (FSSC, ISO, BRC is a plus).
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken), as it will be used daily in the role.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
- Strong time management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a collaborative mindset.
