About the role:

Are you passionate about quality assurance in the food industry? Do you have an eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a drive to ensure excellence? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!

As a Global Supplier Quality (GSQ) Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Global Supplier Quality team by managing supplier and material data, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. You will work in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, collaborating with internal teams to drive quality and efficiency in our supply chain.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the daily handling of SRM requests, including pre-checks, approvals, and allocation to GSQ Analysts.
  • Collect and analyze supplier and raw material data to ensure compliance with internal quality standards.
  • Manage and follow up on sample shipments and analyses when required.
  • Gather legal descriptions to ensure accurate product labeling.
  • Administer raw material certificates, specifications, and supplier questionnaires.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a quality or R&D function (preferably in the food industry).
  • Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, food safety, and food legislation (FSSC, ISO, BRC is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Salesforce, SAP, and MS Office.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken), as it will be used daily in the role.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical mindset.
  • Strong time management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a collaborative mindset.
