As a Global Learning Technology Specialist, you will join our HRIS team and collaborate closely with the Global Learning and Development Center of Excellence (L&D COE). In this role, you are in charge of the operations, administration, and support of our learning technologies (including SuccessFactors LMS, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Articulate, and Google Workspace), manage learning data dashboards, and generate insightful data reports. You manage the global mandatory assignments, provide status reports, and handle the escalation process. Additionally, you are responsible for user support, and tickets, and respond to ad hoc reporting requests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in L&D systems administration, and data management, and a commitment to providing excellent technical support and solutions while seeking continuous improvements in the quality and efficiency of our learning infrastructure, tools, and processes.

 

Key responsibilities:

  • Administer and manage the day-to-day operations of the global learning technologies at BC, including SuccessFactors LMS, LinkedIn Learning, Coursera, Articulate, and Google Workspace (sites, spaces).
  • Work closely with the HRIS and IM/IT teams to sustain and enhance the L&D technology ecosystem, ensuring its currency, effectiveness, and user-friendliness.
  • Manage data dashboards and generate regular reports to track and analyze learning activities and outcomes.
  • Handle the assignment, tracking, and reporting of global mandatory training programs, ensuring compliance and timely completion.
  • Provide user support for L&D systems, resolving issues, managing tickets, and responding to user inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and training materials.
  • Collaborate with the L&D COE, HRIS team, and IM/IT department to enhance system functionalities and integrate new learning technologies.
  • Respond to ad hoc reporting requests, providing accurate and timely data.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with data protection regulations in all aspects of L&D system administration and reporting.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends and developments in learning technologies and data management and seek for continuous improvements and opportunities for automation, optimization, and innovation.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Information Technology, Data Science, Business Administration, Human Resources) or its equivalent.
  • Proficient in English (verbal and written).
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant work experience, especially in learning management systems, data analytics, and reporting.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors, BI tools, and implementing AI and automation is a plus.
  • Strong Analytical Skills.
  • Attention to Detail, quality, and accuracy.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving and Adaptability.
  • Tech-savvy and curious.
