About the role:
Are you passionate about food safety and ready to make a global impact? Join our team as a Food Safety Audits & Compliance Coordinator and help shape the future of food safety across our international network of manufacturing facilities.
In this dynamic role, you’ll support the Global Food Safety Audits & Compliance Manager in coordinating and executing audits, managing compliance actions, and driving continuous improvement across 60 sites in the Americas, Europe, Africa, and Asia.

 

Key responsibilities:

- Audit Coordination & Execution:

  • Plan and schedule food safety audits across global facilities.
  • Coordinate logistics and communication for audit schedules.
  • Prepare and organize audit documentation, including checklists and reports.
  • Support preliminary audits and data collection.

- Compliance & Certification:

  • Track and manage corrective actions from audits.
  • Maintain records of audit findings and monitor resolution progress.
  • Assist in preparing progress reports on audit follow-ups.
  • Support FSSC 22000 certification compliance and documentation.
  • Prepare for internal and external certification audits.

- Data Management & Reporting:

  • Manage audit-related data entry and reporting.
  • Maintain organized and accessible audit records.
  • Prepare compliance reports for leadership teams.

- Team Collaboration & Development:

  • Support onboarding and training of global audit team members.
  • Ensure consistency in audit standards across all regions.
  • Collaborate with cross-regional teams to support audit processes.

- Continuous Improvement & Food Safety Culture:

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of audit processes.
  • Stay updated on food safety standards and best practices.
  • Promote food safety awareness through global training initiatives.
  • Develop learning materials and resources for training.
  • Monitor effectiveness of food safety culture programs.
  • Support teams in resolving food safety culture challenges.

 

About You:

  • 2–3 years in food safety or quality management.
  • Familiarity with FSSC 22000 and food safety audits.
  • Experience with root cause analysis and continuous improvement.
  • Proven success in passing customer and third-party audits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; audit software experience is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10–15%.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Collaborative and effective in cross-regional, remote, and multicultural environments.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a strong focus on documentation and compliance.
