About the role:
As a Global Digital Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for improving quality operations through process digitization, standardization, and developing tools to support the quality function. Your work will have a direct impact on areas such as Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Food Safety, and Product Traceability.
Key responsibilities:

Global Standardization: Develop and implement unified quality processes across all regions and business units.

Process Digitization: Create simple, transparent processes based on KPIs and SLAs, leveraging digital tools.

User Support: Train employees and provide ad hoc support for new digital applications.

Collaboration: Work closely with the Quality Performance team and other departments, including Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, and Digital.

Reporting: Ensure that business-relevant KPIs can be effectively reported using new digital applications.

Global Projects: Lead transformational projects that make quality management more proactive and customer-focused.
About you:
- A minimum of 10 years, including significant experience in project work, project management, or software implementation.
- Operational experience in a food-related environment (Quality, R&D, or Operations).
- Familiarity with industrial production settings.
- Proficiency in tools like SAP and Microsoft 365.
- Expertise in analyzing data and interpreting quality-related metrics.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to distinguish between core and detailed information.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills within international teams.
- Calm, professional demeanor, with patience and empathy in daily interactions.
- A master’s degree in a scientific, information technology, or engineering field.
- Quality-related certifications (e.g., HACCP) are an advantage.
- Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus).
