GCA Customer Quality Analyst

About the role:
Develop reporting and monitoring for GCAs globally and regional focus customers.
Focus on complaints, documentation requests incl sustainability, audit planning and follow up of audit CAPA and timing, but also has a strong focus on implementation of customer requirements in IT systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain reports on KPIs and SLAs for GCAs globally and regional focus customers to be used for regional and global leadership teams
- Reporting focus on complaints and customer documentation (CASE management) incl sustainability and follow up on SLA
- Analyses case and complaint trends in close collaboration with Customer Service Manager, Customer Care and QA customer leads to define improvement areas regarding SLA
- Manage audit timings, follow up of CAPA with the respective sites and develop reports on the findings for global share & learn sessions
- Executes implementation of customer requirements into BC Quality Systems including inspection plans and certificate profiles based on request of Customer Documentation Officer
- Review of certificate profiles and inspection plans for standardization
- Supports the customer quality documentation officers to professional and timely answering the customer requirements and questions
About you:
- Bachelor/Master Degree in Food Science/Food Technology with strong IT skills
- Min 3 years experience in quality related roles with reporting
- Ideally background in food business
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- English- fluent, additional languages are an asset
