About the role:

The Global Business Services (GBS) Recruiter is pivotal in supporting recruitment activities for our international business services organization. Collaborating closely with the Regional Manager and Talent Acquisition, the recruiter ensures exceptional internal and external customer service while optimizing recruitment. This role entails devising innovative recruitment strategies, providing consultative support to hiring managers and senior leaders, and leading proactive initiatives in networking, diversity recruitment, and engaging passive candidates. With a focus on corporate functions (white collar in scope), the recruiter implements progressive approaches to identify, source, assess, and recommend top-tier talent. The GBS Recruiter is a subject matter expert on the organization's recruitment processes. Leveraging comprehensive knowledge of local labor markets, the recruiter advises hiring managers to make informed decisions throughout the recruitment process, all while delivering a superior candidate experience.
 

Key responsibilities:

  •  Adhere strictly to global recruitment processes from start to finish.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for White Collar positions, ensuring timely fulfillment; 
    • facilitate kick-off meetings with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies and D&I efforts.
    • facilitate post-interview debrief sessions with interview teams and candidates.
  • Establish and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct comprehensive candidate assessments and guide hiring managers through decision-making process. 
  • Deliver diverse talent pools for current requisitions and proactive introductions for future needs.
  • Provide market insights to influence growth-oriented discussions and stay abreast of national labor trends.
  • Prioritize delivering a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
  • Educate candidates on company culture, history, benefits, and work environment.
  • Skillfully negotiate offers within appropriate compensation ranges and ensure successful candidate closures.
  • Utilize various sourcing techniques and platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to attract potential candidates.
  • Employ creative strategies to engage passive candidates effectively.
  • Manage agencies through the recruitment process if applicable. 
  • Stay updated on talent market changes and adjust sourcing approaches accordingly.
  • Manage incoming Talent Acquisition inquiries via the careers page, connecting candidates with respective recruiters promptly.
  • Posting internal and external job advertisements
  • Answering general questions regarding processes.

 

About you:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated full-cycle recruiting practices, principles, applications, and methods, including interviewing and assessment skills.
  • Recruitment experience involving a proactive sourcing model and engaging with passive operations candidates and networks.
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of other European languages will be considered a plus.
  • Experience as a recruiter and manufacturing recruitment experience would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Exceptional market research and sourcing skills.
  • Experience using an ATS and Linkedin.
  • Client-centric & Delivery-focused.
