About the role:

FP&A Analyst, Global Cocoa performs reporting activities and in-depth financial analysis in order to provide quantitative, analytical information to the Finance Global Cocoa Team on OSCO (Operation & Supply Chain) costs and KPIs as well as Sales Volumes, Functional costs, working capital. The FP&A Analyst Global Cocoa aims to ensure efficient, harmonized, and high-quality reporting across the Cocoa Region. FP&A Analyst, Global Cocoa owns the preparation & maintenance of the monthly reporting cycle.
 
Key responsibilities:

  • Perform monthly & quarterly reporting and analysis for the Global Cocoa scope on:
    • OSCO costs (operation and supply-chain)
    • OSCO KPIs (activity, FTQ, OTIF, safety, yield, wastes, complaints, stocks…).
  • Ensure proper reporting: guide entities on procedures and guidelines; share best practices.
  • Support Financial Planning and Analysis (MTP, budget and forecasts exercises) for the Global Cocoa OSCO community.
  • Support review and approval for CAPEX investments proposals


About you:

  • University degree in Economics, Finance Controlling, Business Administration or similar educational background.
  • Experience of 2-3 years in a Controlling function ideally in an operational/industrial environment, experience in food manufacturing or commodities is a plus.
  • Record of success in a multinational company and experience in working with several geographical regions.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is indispensable French would be an advantage.
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office.
  • Strong communication skills paired with a good level of customer focus.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
  • Self-motivation, pro-activeness and excellent organizational skills.
