About the Role:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the key connection between our company and our customers, ensuring smooth order handling and top-tier service. You’ll manage the full order cycle-from setup to delivery-while working closely with Sales and Supply Chain to meet customer expectations. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment and enjoys building strong relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for your customer portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
- Handle customer queries with ownership and professionalism.
- Accurately process high volumes of orders in SAP.
- Coordinate product availability and delivery timelines.
- Validate pricing and support contract updates.
- Resolve complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Optimize logistics for efficient and cost-effective deliveries.
- Take full ownership of customer service quality.
About You:
- Fluent in French and English (C1 level).
- 5+ years in Customer Service, ideally in B2B or manufacturing.
- Strong SAP experience (5+ years preferred).
- Salesforce knowledge is a plus.
- Customer-focused and relationship-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Comfortable with numbers and data.
- Proactive, adaptable, and resilient under pressure.
- Team player with planning and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-solver with a positive attitude.
Work Schedule:
To ensure excellent service for our customers, this role follows a fixed schedule with set working hours. You may be scheduled to work weekends or public holidays, depending on business needs.
