The Continuous Improvement Specialist supports the development and direction of the Continuous Improvement strategy related to the GO4ZERO vision (0 accidents, 0 defects, 0 delays, 0 losses) at OSCO EMEA. Works with Managers and Leaders in implementing productivity projects, mentors and coaches in joint implementation of improvements in line with the GO4ZERO program. Develops organizational maturity through training related to Lean Six Sigma of the Steering wheel level, and effectively implements tools such as: 5S, 5why, VSM, KATA, Kaizen, PDCA. He has a highly developed ability to influence others, he is part of a large CI department consisting of Process Engineers, Project Engineers, Digitization Engineers, he reports directly to the CI Manager.


Main responsibilities:

Running the agenda of the company's Productivity projects, remaining in close contact with the CI organization and finances
Close cooperation with the company's financial controller and the management team to determine cost improvements
Taking the lead in preparing cost analyzes for key processes and / or products, looking for cost opportunities
Defining projects, organizing workshops to improve productivity
Working in a multifunctional team: operations, supply chain, engineering, procurement, quality
Defining and managing projects on the basis of analysis
Conducts and supervises the quality of Problem Solving, along with the validation of the effectiveness of specific actions
Conducts projects related to group strategy, trains project members in DMAIC methodology
Conducts training in the Problem Solving methodology based on the prepared training structure
Increases the skills of employees by eliminating human factors and thus improves processes
Conducts regular profit and loss reviews based on the financial results of the factory
Actively supports solutions that improve administrative and production areas through the Kaizen system, near PDCA
With his knowledge, he contributes to increasing the awareness and effectiveness of the implemented Lean tools in production: 5S, Kanban, POKA Yoke;
Tanslates financial results into effective stocks.


Competencies required:

Bachelor's degree (chemistry, mechanics, electrics)
Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma - green belt is welcome
At least 4 years of experience, of which 2 years in implementing Lean, running projects using the DMAIC, PDCA methodology
Member / implementer of the employee suggestion system

The ability to motivate people from the operator's position to the department manager
Ability to focus on details
Ability to solve problems
Prepares presentations skillfully so as to be able to convey his thoughts in an orderly manner and feel confident in front of a large audience
Knowledge of MSOffice (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Knowledge of English - advanced (speaking, reading and writing).
