About the role:
The Continuous Improvement Specialist supports the development and direction of the Continuous Improvement strategy related to the GO4ZERO with BCOS (0 accidents, 0 defects, 0 delays, 0 impact, 0 loss) at OSCO EMEA. Works with Managers and Leaders in implementing BCOS assumptions and taking active participation in Standard Work Processes deployment under a proper pillar concept. Develops organizational maturity through training related to Lean Six Sigma for shift leaders level, and effectively implements tools such as: 5S, IPS, Kaizen, PDCA models. He/She has a highly developed ability to influence others, he/she is part of a CI department consisting of Process Engineers, reports directly to the CI Manager. This role is needed due activity related with BCOS deployment and initiatives that has been started from the beginning of the current financial year and needs to go with further development as those are a business critical due to targets specially related with OEE increasing, new processes introduced on the shopfloor: DDS, 5S, Training Center, POKA, IPS etc.
Key responsibilities:

Take an active role in implementing the BCOS pillars and participate in rolling out Standard Work Processes (SWP).
- Conduct and supervise the quality of Initial Problem Solving, along with the validation of the effectiveness of specific actions.
- Conduct training in IPS methodology based on a prepared training structure.
- Increase the skills of employees by eliminating human factors and thus improves processes vis skills matrix under P&C pillar.
- Participate in loss tree analysis pillar meetings and ensure a strong understanding of the current best practices for loss elimination.
- Actively support initiatives that improve both administrative and production areas through the Kaizen system, closely aligned with the PDCA cycle.
- Contribute to increasing awareness and effectiveness of Lean tools implemented in production, such as 5S, Kanban, and Poka‑Yoke.
- Translate financial results into effective stock.
About you:

Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, mechanics, or electrical engineering.

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; Green Belt certification is an asset.

Over 4 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in Lean implementation and project management using DMAIC and PDCA methodologies.

Experience as a member and implementer of an employee suggestion system.

Strong ability to motivate individuals at all levels — from operators to department managers.

High attention to detail.

Excellent problem‑solving skills.

Skilled in preparing structured, clear presentations and confidently delivering them to large audiences.

Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Advanced English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
