The position leads both strategic sourcing initiatives and day-to-day purchasing operations, supporting long-term programs and managing ad-hoc Opex and Capex spot buys.
Working in close collaboration with category managers and key stakeholders, the position ensures that sourcing strategies are aligned with business objectives, project timelines, and cost targets.

  • Stay informed on market trends, supplier innovations, and industry benchmarks to continuously enhance sourcing strategies.
  • Engage proactively with internal stakeholders across functions to understand their needs, align procurement strategies with business objectives, and build trust-based relationships. Act as a strategic partner by enabling solutions rather than enforcing policies, ensuring procurement is seen as a value-adding function. Facilitate open communication, manage expectations, and drive collaboration to support successful sourcing outcomes.
