We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter and quick learner professional as an Application & Data Specialist in Poland.

Join us and support the SHE global team with improving processes and activities. You will collect and analyze data, track and report on compliance progress and results, build small management reporting tools. You will also provide first-line support for SHE applications, assist in resolving issues, contribute to development and maintenance of processes and procedures, provide training and maintain the SHE learnings in LMS system, support and conduct data analysis and reporting for these applications.

 

Key responsibilities:

Data management

  • Support compliance tracking by collecting information from internal and external sources, analyze data and activities from various databases and sources (such as SAP, Salesforce) and report on progress.
  • Issue monthly reports on incidents (safety, environment, fire), extracted from the Safety Dashboard tool.
  • Develop and implement small reporting tools to automate regular reporting at a global, regional (cluster) and local level.
  • Upload, maintain and track data related to SHE training materials/learnings in the BC LMS system.
  • Conduct data analysis and reporting on the working of SHE tools and applications.

Application Support

  • Support the design and implementation of SHE software tools and applications.
  • Provide first-line support (Power User) for SHE software tools and applications, such as Safety Dashboard, LMS, QDS, incident reporting and others.
  • Assist in resolving major or repetitive issues with the corporate helpdesk for these applications.
  • Test and approve solutions for the SHE function provided by the Information Management (IM) department for remedy force requests for SHE applications.
  • Develop and maintain process descriptions, procedures, work instructions and training materials related to these applications.

Project coordination

  • Support efficient project implementation in the domain of SHE by maintaining a log of all ongoing projects impacting local sites.
  • Support specific improvement projects.


Qualifications and skills:

  • Master degree in Engineering, Science or Economics.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • 2-3+ years of experience in a multinational company, participating in projects related to applications and data system development and improvement.
  • Working in an ISO certified environment.
  • Experience with SAP & google platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of doing statistical analysis in Excel.
  • Demonstrate insights in systems, tools and data support.
  • Being analytical and data/results oriented to interpret and transform ideas into recommendations.
  • Ability to understand complex results and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills; coaching and training skills.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
