Summary

The Site Continuous Improvement Manager leads the overall site 3x0 program, developed with Plant Manager and local Management Team. He supports the Management Team at the site by using his expert knowledge on the CI-methodology, change and project management. He and his Team support all activities that lead to improvement of standards in Safety, Quality, Service and Productivity of the site.

Accountabilities

As the site facilitator of 3x0 program, supports Plant Manager in developing the vision and strategy to implement the CI program to the site. Execute and follow-up the implementation plan for the site, in accordance with the set priorities and the standard CI methodology. Act as a liaison between the site, and regional CI organization via the virtual communities and this with regard to sharing of CI knowledge, best practices, successes..

Be responsible to further develop the methodology and standards based upon gained insights and learnings and strongly interact with the group and other regions to make the changes validated and integrated group wide.

Qualifications

Master Degree in Economics, engineering or similar
5+ years of experience in lean, TPM, six sigma or similar Continuous Improvement environments
Production or Engineering experience
Master all elements of change management, including requirements, structures and implementation barriers.
Knowledgable in MS Office Suite
English - Intermediate
