About the Role

Barry Callebaut is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment across our sites in Belgium. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR stakeholders, delivering strategic talent solutions that enable business growth and workforce capability.

You will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent while leveraging market intelligence, workforce planning, and recruitment analytics to drive hiring excellence. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, you will contribute to employer branding initiatives, talent pipeline development, and continuous improvement projects across Belgium.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning and sourcing through to offer management and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and develop effective sourcing and hiring strategies.
  • Deliver high-quality hiring outcomes for managerial and specialist roles as well as early career populations.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and external partnerships.
  • Provide talent market insights, competitor intelligence, and workforce planning recommendations to business leaders and HR partners.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, using recruitment data and analytics to influence hiring decisions and improve recruitment effectiveness.
  • Drive a seamless, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Defind and drive local and market specific employer branding initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with external recruitment vendors and partners, ensuring delivery aligns with Barry Callebaut standards and best practices.
  • Maintain data accuracy, process compliance, and reporting excellence across recruitment systems and tools.
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes, technology, and service delivery.
  • Support regional and global Talent Acquisition projects and share best practices across markets.

About You

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience, ideally within a global or international in-house environment.
  • Proven success recruiting both white-collar and blue-collar talent across a variety of functions and levels.
  • Experience within FMCG, food manufacturing, consumer products, industrial, or similar sectors preferred.
  • Strong track record of managing multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering excellent hiring outcomes.
  • Experience of managing in-house and external vendors and partners.
  • Strong expertise in talent sourcing, market mapping, interviewing, assessment, and workforce planning.
  • Experience of recruitment analytics, ATS platforms, and HR systems to drive data-based decision making.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to translate business priorities into effective talent solutions.
  • Ability to build relationships, influencing stakeholders, and partnering with leaders at all levels.
  • Experience of defining and implementing Employer Branding initiatives.
  • Brings a continuous improvement mindset, demonstrate change agility, and enjoy leading projects and driving innovation.
  • Passionate about delivering an exceptional experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch/Flemish, both written and spoken.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% as required.
