Supply Chain Manager Global Gourmet

The Role

The goal of the position is to co-ordinate and co-develop end-to-end supply chain from production plant via regional/local distribution centers and warehouses to direct clients and distributors. With aim to deliver on time and in full, as per customers’ orders without errors and with minimum product and service complaints. The scope is predominantly global cross-regional portfolio and brands. The role supports the development of  Supply Chain capabilities in the countries and regions where needed.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

        Strategic tasks (30%):

  • Leading the S&OP process for Global Gourmet:
    • Consolidation and challenging global demand with the demand planning community for all Gourmet regions
    • Consolidation of supply risks and early warnings for any supply disruption in order to mitigate service hits
    • Consolidation of global Gourmet KPIs
  • Collaboration on the YTG and YEF forecast with finance
  • Collaboration on MTP and budgeting processes with global supply chain and finance community
  • Collaborate with regional supply chain organization on formulating an optimal supply strategy for separate Gourmet customer segments
  • Based on market inputs identify improvement projects for global Gourmet supply chain and align them with the stakeholders
  • Collaborate and drive, where applicable, implementation of  global supply chain  standards and way of working across Gourmet regions
  • Managing prioritization and arbitration process for cross-regional flows
  • Managing supply alerts for cross-regional flows
  • Coordinating phase in and phase out process for global launches, together with marketing, R&D, project leaders and central planners
  • Regularly exchange on supply chain hot topics with Gourmet SPOCs within the regions
  • Proactively drive portfolio management within the regions

 

Operational tasks (70%):

  • Managing prioritization and arbitration process for cross-regional flows
  • Managing supply alerts for cross-regional flows
  • Coordinating phase in and phase out process for global launches, together with marketing, R&D, project leaders and central planners
  • Regularly exchange on supply chain hot topics with Gourmet SPOCs within the regions
  • Proactively drive portfolio management within the regions

 

       Deliverables:

  • On-time-in-full Supply Chain support of Gourmet innovation & renovation projects
  • Key Improvement projects, linked to specific customers / markets
  • Growing Supply Chain capabilities in regions / countries
  • Consolidated Forecast Accuracy & Bias, Stock-mix and Case fill targets

 

About You

  • Masters Degree in Economics/Supply chain
  • 5-7 years of relevant supply chain experience in multinational organizations
  • Strong planning background including operational experience within FMCG
  • Strong experience with Microsoft office and SAP reporting
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
  • Solid analytical skills with ability to dig into raw data and interpret them to larger audiences
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Self-starter, entrepreneurial and able to manage complex analytical projects
  • Strong networking and stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Able to work in a matrix organization
  • Positive communicator, easily approachable for all levels in the organization, confident to work with senior leadership
  • Methodical and well organized
