Over de functie

Als Reliability Engineer is het uw verantwoordelijkheid om de machine betrouwbaarheid te verhogen en de beschikbaarheid van productie-installatie te optimaliseren en om in overleg met de Technische Coördinatoren de onderhoudsactiviteiten te evalueren en te optimaliseren en productiestilstanden tot een absoluut minimum te herleiden.

De functie behoort tot de dienst Technical Support  en rapporteert aan de Technical Support Manager.

Kerntaken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

  • Je analyseert productieverliezen en definieert vervolgens een pareto en handelt vanuit een continu verbeter oogpunt.
  • Je organiseert RCA’s na pannes of belangrijke downtimes om de grondoorzaak te bepalen en het preventieve plan te kunnen optimaliseren
  • Je werkt voorstellen uit om terugkerende problemen op te lossen
  • Je draagt bij aan de vereenvoudiging van de technische en productieprocessen.
  • In overleg met de Technisch Teamleiders optimaliseer je preventieve en predictieve onderhoudsplannen op en/of je werkt ze verder uit
  • Na indienstname van nieuwe technische installaties bepaal je de preventieve en predictieve plannen die als basis dienen om de nieuwe asset optimaal te onderhouden
  • Je organiseert het werk zelfstandig en streeft naar een balans tussen een optimale beschikbaarheid van de assets en de werkings/investeringskosten.
  • Je bent een sleutelfiguur in het waken over de standaardisatie binnen onderhoudsafdelingen.
  • Je organiseert trainingen en stelt procedures op bij installatie van nieuwe machines of optimalisatie van bestaande installaties
  • In samenspraak met de systems coördinator en teamleider magazijn en werkvoorbereiding bepaal je welke reserveonderdelen nodig zijn voor nieuwe installaties

 

 

Over jou

  • Je hebt een diploma Industrieel ingenieur met minimum 5 jaar ervaring of je beschikt over een Bachelor diploma met 10 jaar ervaring in een onderhoudsgerelateerde functie.
  • Je beschikt over zeer brede technische kennis: pneumatica, hydraulica, pompen, motoren, elektronica, elektriciteit.
  • Indien je een job uitvoert binnen Reliability Engineering is dit een pluspunt
