About the role

 

As part of the BeNeLuNo CI&TS team, you play an essential role in the development and launch of new products. You work closely together with Product Experts and Customer RDs, where you are responsible for a variety of tasks - such as searching in our standard range, following draw-offs, logging items/requests in Salesforce and Labshop, sending samples to customers, and executing low complexity NPI projects.

 

Key responsibilities include

 

  • Navigate in our standard range, in order to propose the right products based on specific input
  • Follow up on draw-off requests
  • Logging pilot productions and application trials, providing the needed materials, aligning on  the planning, and following up on execution
  • Correct logging of activities in Salesforce
  • Requesting lab analyses in Labshop
  • Requesting taste analyses in the lab
  • Sample sending, both internally and externally
  • Align with product experts and customer RDs on the next steps to be taken in a project
  • Execute (low complexity) NPI projects
  • Keeping a clear overview of all ongoing activities, and making sure the full team is up to date
  • Be a Poweruser of our tools: Provide input on potential improvements, and try out adjustments that were done.

 

About You

 

  • Experienced in Project Management
  • High level of interest in technical aspects of our products
  • High level of initiative, dedication and enthusiasm
  • Great Communication Skills
  • Creative thinker & solutions provider
  • Team player
  • Technical knowledge in confectionery, BAPA, Ice cream, Dairy - it’s a plus
  • Technical knowledge in Chocolate & compound and fillings - it’s a plus
  • Fluent Business English or Dutch is a must
  • Scientific Bachelor/Master Degree in Food Science or similar
  • 2-3 years of experience in the food industry
  • Experience in Project Management
  • Good knowledge of working tools MS Office, Salesforce, SAP, Labshop, …)
