About the role

Due to an internal promotion we are looking for a Master Liquid Planner to join the Planning team in Wieze.

In this role you ensure the capacity availibility  to produce by preparing and improving the operational plan and by solving and escalating capacity issues. You work closely with your internal stakeholders and you steer the factory based on your capacity plan. 


Key responsibilities include

    - Prepare Master Liquid  plan Wieze

     - Run weekly operational production plan (0–3 weeks) taking into account customer orders, requirements for solid and orders for inter-affiliates.
     - Identify issues, verify raw materials availability with the Local & Central Raw Material Planners, identify solutions and escalate in the Control     
       Tower meetings where needed.
      - Closely work with Local Schedulers for changes in actuals impacting the operational horizon and handover of the operational plan to factory

      - Closely work together with the Transfer team when capacity constraints are identified to balance the Master Plan.

      - Act as a key link between Customer Care – Schedulers – Transport planning & Raw material planning


- Drive continuous improvement

    Drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement on the end-to-end supply planning process, identify projects, participate in the       
    selection and coordinate/perform execution

About you

- You obtained a Bachelor or Masters Degree preferably within Business or Engineering and you have at least 3 years of relevant working experience.

- You are fluent in Dutch and English (writing, reading, speaking and listening)

 You have expert knowledge on capacity / production planning: a good understanding of the other supply planning processes focused on distribution

   requirements planning, raw materials planning and scheduling and an overall understanding of the link with demand planning processes.

- As a person you have  strong analytical and problem solving capabilities to improve production planning activities

- You have a deep user knowledge on supply planning and reporting systems (SAP, OMP, BI, BW, BO, etc.)

- You are an experienced user of Excel and PowerPoint

- Due to your strong communication skills you make sure that all stakeholders are informed of any deviations or capacity issues.

- On top of that you are results oriented and have good time management skills to drive business and achieve the goals
