About the Role

We are currently looking for an experienced HR Business Partner EMEA supporting the respective senior business leaders for our Commercial Food Manufacturers, R&D and Finance-organization and all people-related topics, including the delivery of programs such as training and development and talent management.  The successful candidate will partner closely with the senior business leaders to achieve shared organizational objectives, in particular implementing people solutions that support strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Provides the right partnership that delivers best practice and commercially focused HR solutions that support the business area in line with specialist HR functions.
  • Develops, manages, coordinates, and administers a variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities.
  • Actively participates in the Business meetings in order to effectively provide needed HR support.
  • Partners with Centers of Expertise to provide a consultancy service across the full spectrum of HR related topics and initiatives including Staffing, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits and Culture and Engagement. 
  • Supports personal and organizational change.
  • Drives HR Cycle related processes.
  • Participates in implementing training and development programs including talent and succession planning processes.
  • Act as sparring partner to the assigned client groups on people related topics to support business objectives

About You

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar role in an international environment and matrix organization
  • Previous experience / understanding across various HR disciplines (Talent Management, Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits)
  • Experience in supporting Diversity & Engagement related initiatives
  • Change Management and Project Management experience
  • Expertise in People Management and People Development 
  • Solid understanding of Operations and Commercial related topics
  • Ability to navigate and influence across various levels and geographies of an organization.
  • Bachelor / Master Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Psychology, HR Management or relevant
  • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • You are fluent in English
