About the Graduate Program:

Our 2 year international graduate program offers a global perspective to bright, young talents like yourself and is an exciting opportunity to deepen your expertise in an area that you are passionate about. The program starts every September and is launched in Barry Callebaut’s most strategic locations around the globe, where our Graduate’s expertise is valued and entrepreneurship fostered.

 

About the Opportunity:

We are offering you the ideal opportunity to further develop your career within our Quality Assurance Organization in the EMEA region. As a young high potential with affinity for people management, with the capacity to be a positive team player and willing to gain experience, we hope you will part of the BC community at the end of the program.

You will gain experience in QA working in different functions, countries moving between Regional environment and Global environment.

 

Over the 3 rotations you will gain experience and actively contribute by:

  • An assignment in the Regional team QA, working on a Continuous Improvement project, on networking, learning about the Barry Callebaut culture and portfolio
  • A second chance to work on a continuous improvement project in another region, gaining change management experience, with different cultural and technological perspective
  • Gaining a people management experience in QA or Operations.

NB:  To qualify for our graduate program applicants must bring a minimum of a total of 18 months’ work experience and must hold a Bachelor’s Degree preferably complimented with a Master’s Degree.
