About the Role


We are looking for a Global Website Manager responsible for developing and governing the digital user experience on Barry Callebaut’s global websites in order to drive brand awareness, customer engagement & conversion. The Global Website Manager will design and execute key customer journeys, ensuring a seamless user experience and a cohesive content & SEO strategy that supports the overarching marketing and business objectives.
Furthermore, the Global Website Manager will establish a uniform content localization process to assist various markets in effectively executing website strategies.


Key Responsibilities include

 

  • User Experience Management: Enhancing the website’s user experience and customer journey based on insights & website analysis, aligned with brand and conversion goals

  • Website Audits: Regularly reviewing the website to implement immediate solutions and structural improvements

  • Template Development: Creating and testing efficient templates for common website types, like campaign landing pages

  • Website Content Strategy: Crafting and executing a website content strategy in coordination with global & regional marketing communications, brand teams & corporate communications and ensuring alignment with social & digital media strategies

  • SEO Strategy: Overseeing the SEO approach, ensuring it complements the broader corporate and brand strategies

  • Content Management: Ongoing updates and management of content in the CMS, including troubleshooting and creating new landing pages

  • KPI Framework: Establishing a framework to measure and enhance the user journey and conversion rates and implement optimizations accordingly

 

About You

 

  • Bachelors in (digital) Marketing/Communications/ Economics

  • 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on website & app management 

  • Experience coming from a corporate environment and within a global matrix organization is strongly preferred

  • Proven records of usage of Content Management Systems (CMS)

  • Excellent SEO knowledge from a technical, structural and content side

  • Experience in UX/UI design, conversion optimization and storytelling

  • Outstanding editorial skills with a focus on online channels

  • Excellent analytical skills, Google Analytics 4 knowledge is a plus

  • Strong project management skills 

  • Inspiring and confident communicator, able to build strong customer relationships

  • Strong stakeholder management combined with strong influencing skills

  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
