About the role

Due to changes in the team we are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner Operations and Supply Chain, Regional Supply Chain within the EMEA Region.


Key responsibilities include:


  • Act as strategic advisory interface to the business and management
  • Contribute to developing business strategy
  • Facilitate strategic planning processes across the business
  • Support the business and management on preparing and determining business objectives, strategies, and tactics
  • Support budget holders on preparing operating budgets and capex plans
  • Perform analyses and budget / forecast report reviews with the business and management
  • Perform operation and business management reviews
  • Lead and perform analyses of multi-dimensional business components (e.g., customers, products, markets)
  • Provide the business and management with analytical support to enable an understanding of business dynamics
  • Support on mergers and acquisitions / divestitures and perform project analyses
  • Develop, analyze, and present financial results to the business and management
  • Lead and coordinate projects to improve business performance and operations
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives regarding processes, technologies, and organization
  • Mentor and coach employees that report indirectly to you to ensure team effectiveness
  • Promote knowledge sharing organization-wide


About you


  • Master in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
  • Master in Business Administration preferred
  • English business proficiency (written and spoken)
  • Extensive experience in Finance
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience in a multinational company, preferably in B2B / food industries
  • Supply chain finance/controlling experience and knowledge are absolute requirements for this role
  • Change management – able to challenge ways of working and processes and propose and drive change in the organization
  • Analytical / hands-on / flexible / strong drive to deliver / very solutions oriented
  • Strong in stakeholdermanagement
