As Digital Engagement Manager EMEA you are responsible for the digital customer engagement strategy and digital marketing campaigns in the EMEA region. You work together with your different marketing colleagues: brand, portfolio, segment, sustainability, and digital, as well as with the IT & sales teams. The goal of our digital marketing team is to develop the right message for the right target audience and communicate at the right time in the most effective way in all digital channels.
For your role this means:
- Developing & executing digital marketing & lead generation campaigns
- Setting up effective digital marketing funnels & digital experiences
- Analyzing and optimizing the digital customer journey & the digital marketing touchpoints
- Collaborating with different stakeholders at global, regional, and local in executing the digital campaigns
Key Responsibilities Include
- Understand our different customer's group’s needs & online behavior in order to set up effective digital marketing funnels, campaigns, and digital experiences.
- Ensure optimal digital touch points across the customer journey by managing the content marketing on the website, product database, email, social media, and (internal) ambassadorship/advocacy according to the EMEA marketing plan.
- Setup effective digital marketing funnels (Inbound marketing)
- Coordinate the creation of content marketing that attracts qualified customers to our digital touch points (blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.).
- Grow new leads by converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead-generation content.
- Optimize our marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, content, and social channels.
- Analyze the inbound marketing activity and align with sales to understand how our marketing activity attracts customers, and continually refine our process to convert customers.
- Social media content creation and planning in the context of our customer campaigns and brands
- Set up effective digital marketing campaigns: reach, interest, engage, convert. Know how to generate qualitative leads
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against objectives (ROI and KPIs)
- Paid digital campaigns: set up and optimize spend and performance based on internal and external benchmarks & insights. In the context of our customer campaigns and brands.
- Brainstorm new and creative digital growth marketing strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure digital experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience
- Identify opportunities in our digital ecosystem for future growth through digital (reach, interest, engage, convert)
- Consolidate digital knowledge and best practices in internal toolkits and templates
- Digital marketing project management and collaboration with digital agencies
About You
- You have a minimum BA/BS degree in Marketing / Communication / Business or equal experience
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience
- Can approach a digital challenge strategically as well as executional.
- Experience with website CMS, PIM, email marketing & automation platforms (Salesforce ecosystem, Drupal)
- Experience with tracking & analyzing digital marketing campaigns
- English (full proficiency) - other European languages optional
