  • Manage and support priority business and change program(s) and project(s) in EMEA
  • Take responsibility for and action overall day-day management of program(s) and monitor progress against defined KPIs, reporting to the Vice President PMO, EMEA
  • Identify and action key change levers to support the program(s) aims, maximising the customer value creation and optimising our scarce resources (people, time, systems and processes), all in a changing and highly complex environment
  • Structure activities and actions within the program(s), challenging and supporting the overall program leader(s) & facilitating the execution of the priority program(s) plans, in tight deadlines, in a pragmatic and professional manner
  • Support the sub-projects (work streams) in managing each of their projects/activities, operating cross-functionally (across whole organisation) to ensure teams collaborate better together
  • Develop and produce project(s) (milestone) and risk mitigation plans, presentation materials, status reports, as needed, for different management meetings, workshops, leadership needs, not being afraid to roll-up sleeves to make things happen
  • Work closely together with cross-business stakeholders and support functions, acting as an interface for the program and work streams to the business, functions and IT
  • Facilitate information sharing and work closely with HR teams to manage program resources, talent development and training needs, embedding PM skills and imparting know-how into people and teams
  • Liaise with communication team to increase awareness of program(s), coordinate and run meetings and workshops



  • Exceptional analytical, project management and problem resolution skills
  • Strong quantitative and critical thinking competencies, with an amazing capacity to quickly learn on the job
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building collaborative relationships
  • Proven change and program/project management experience, demonstrated in line-roles in industry
  • Proven communication skills, both verbal and written, with a hands-on and pragmatic mind-set
  • Strong team-working skills, with proven ability to influence and communicate with stakeholders across functions and at all levels, ideally in multi-cultural environments


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, with a Master degree in Business or equivalent, a plus
  • 5-7 years of experience in industrial sector(s), ideally mixed with a few years in a top consulting firm (must have industry experience though)
  • Has done multiple projects ideally in the food/consumer sectors
  • Ability to drive change through impact & influence



  • High personal energy and resolve, able to demonstrate a real passion for this work
  • Ability to think both strategically and operationally, translating strategy into pragmatic solutions
  • Clear, simple and concise communicator, self-starter and confident team player, able to integrate into multi-cultural and international environments
  • Fluent in written and spoken English an absolute must
  • MS project, Clarizen or other PM tools a given, Lean and 6-Sigma, a plus (not mandatory)
