Main Responsibilities & Scope

  • Serve as the strategic business partner to the General Manager Beverages and the Beverages Leadership Team, actively participating in steering committees, local management meetings, and cross-functional project groups.
  • Co-lead divisional strategy by delivering financial insights across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow; identify risks and opportunities; and develop actionable plans to close performance gaps.
  • Assess financial risks of new business strategies and prepare comprehensive investment proposals supported by financial modeling.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, both direct and indirect, to support the strategic goals of the vending and beverages business.
  • Own the consolidated financial reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and insightful analysis to support short-, mid-, and long-term decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement and strategic initiatives across commercial contribution margin, sourcing profitability, customer/product/market mix, cost leadership, and margin optimization.
  • Provide executive-level support in preparing strategic plans, quarterly business reviews, ExCo and sales meetings.
  • Lead cross-functional business projects beyond finance, including operational value chain optimization, outsourcing, M&A, and HR-related initiatives.

 

Education, Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English (written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical mindset, hands-on approach, flexibility, and performance-driven attitude.
  • Experience in multinational environments, ideally within B2B or food industries.

  • Occasional travel required.

 

Candidate Profile

Essential Experience & Technical Competencies

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally as CFO.
  • Proven track record in M&A, stakeholder management, and strategic leadership.
  • Deep understanding of sales and manufacturing operations.
  • Familiarity with IFRS standards and financial controlling methodologies.
  • Proficiency in SAP and BW is a plus.
