This is a home-based role and covers the customers within Austria & a fixed-term, 2 years contract. The successful candidate needs to live in the area close to Austria.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop winning sales strategies within your region
- Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
- Drive sales of our premium products and tailor-made solutions
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Ensure effective collaboration between customers and internal teams
- Own your sales targets and profitability goals
- Monitor market and competitor trends and translate insights into action
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to support strategic decisions
- Maintain high-quality CRM data in Salesforce
Your profile
- Strong commercial mindset and 2+ years of sales experience, ideally in food & beverage industry
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - or vocational training in food craftsmanship
- Fluent German and confident English communication
- Solid MS Office skills; SAP and Salesforce experience is a plus
- Strong project and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid driver’s license
