Key Account Manager (m/w/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to oversee and grow strategic customer relationships in the vending and beverage sector across the DACH region and the Netherlands. This role requires a commercially driven professional with a strong background in the food & beverage industry and a proven ability to manage complex accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage key accounts including coffee roasters, vending operators, and distributors in Germany, Netherlands, Austria, and Switzerland
- Drive revenue growth and meet defined KPI targets for assigned customers
- Expand existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Lead contract negotiations and implement pricing strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with international teams
- Oversee forecasting, budget planning, and performance tracking
- Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions
Objectives
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Achieve sustainable growth in sales volume and profit margins
Required Qualifications & Experience
- University degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
- 8 years of experience in the food & beverage industry (branded goods or private label), managing key accounts in out-of-home, retail, or industrial channels
- Proven success in international account management
