O Técnico Eletromecânico é responsável por operar e realizar a manutenção de caldeiras a gás natural e biomassa, sistemas de ar comprimido, sistemas de água potável, estações de tratamento de efluentes, unidades de osmose reversa, sistemas de refrigeração e infraestrutura elétrica, garantindo total conformidade com os padrões internos e externos aplicáveis às operações de utilidades.
 
Principais responsabilidades incluem:
 
  • Profissional responsável pela operação e manutenção dos sistemas de utilidades (vapor, ar comprimido, sistemas de água/efluentes e refrigeração industrial), de acordo com normas técnicas e requisitos regulatórios.
  • Cumprir as metas do plano de manutenção dentro dos prazos estabelecidos.
  • Propor melhorias com foco em segurança, desempenho ambiental e produtividade.
  • Participar de atividades de análise de causa raiz.
  • Abrir e encerrar ordens de serviço de forma precisa, registrando corretamente as horas trabalhadas e as atividades executadas.
  • Garantir o cuidado e a correta utilização das ferramentas sob sua responsabilidade.
  • Cumprir as boas práticas de fabricação e manutenção.
  • Manter-se atualizado em relação às tecnologias utilizadas, apoiando a melhoria contínua do departamento de utilidades.
  • Operar os sistemas de utilidades e atender às demandas eletromecânicas do departamento, atuando de forma proativa e planejada para assegurar o desempenho ideal dos equipamentos.
  • Demonstrar comprometimento com o Sistema de Gestão de Saúde, Segurança e Meio Ambiente (HSE).
 
Qualificações:
Formação: Ensino médio completo;
                   Cursos técnicos em eletromecânica.

Conhecimentos: Conhecimento em manutenção mecânica e elétrica de máquinas industriais 

                              Desejavel conhecimento em automação
