 Resumo da Posição: Técnico(a) de Segurança do Trabalho

Responsável por garantir a segurança ocupacional e patrimonial da empresa por meio de inspeções, treinamentos, análises de risco e promoção de uma cultura de prevenção. Atua também na gestão de contratos de segurança e no cumprimento das normas regulamentadoras.

 

✅ Responsabilidades Principais

  • Inspeções e Projetos: Realizar inspeções de segurança e participar de projetos de novas instalações ou modificações, identificando riscos e propondo ações preventivas.
  • Treinamentos: Desenvolver e ministrar treinamentos de integração, rotinas, normas e procedimentos de segurança.
  • EPIs e Equipamentos: Verificar o uso correto de EPIs e inspecionar equipamentos de proteção contra incêndio.
  • Comitês e Brigadas: Treinar e orientar CIPA e Brigada de Emergência, analisando sugestões e implementando melhorias.
  • Análise de Dados: Avaliar estatísticas de segurança para identificar causas de riscos e propor ações corretivas.
  • Normas Regulamentadoras: Executar atividades com base nas NRs, como treinamentos e avaliações de risco.
  • Segurança Patrimonial: Gerenciar contrato de segurança patrimonial, assegurando conformidade com normas e requisitos de Food Defense.
  • Administração de Segurança: Processar requisições de compras, atualizar dados no sistema, emitir CAT e PPP.

🎓 Qualificações Técnicas

  • Curso Técnico completo em Segurança do Trabalho.
  • Conhecimento em:
    • Análise de riscos e normas do Corpo de Bombeiros.
    • Treinamentos em NR 05 (CIPA), NR 11, normas ABNT e ergonomia.
  • Domínio das legislações e políticas de segurança (NRs, ABNT etc.).
  • Habilidade para ministrar treinamentos de forma clara e envolvente.
  • Informática: nível avançado (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Internet).
  • Inglês intermediário (desejável).
  • Experiência prática em avaliação de riscos e medidas de controle.
