RESUMO DA POSIÇÃO

O Gestor de Filial de Compras é responsável por liderar a compra de cacau, garantindo conformidade com os padrões da empresa em qualidade, volume, preço e prazos. Envolve gestão administrativa, de contratos e de fornecedores, além de análise de mercado, controle de custos e liderança de equipe. É essencial manter comunicação com produtores, cooperativas e áreas internas da empresa, e atuar com inteligência de mercado para alinhar estratégias comerciais.

RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Responsável por supervisionar a gestão administrativa, controle de custos e conformidade da filial;
  • Manter parcerias estratégicas com fornecedores ativos e inativos;
  • Negociar e gerenciar contratos de fornecimento;
  • Analisar o mercado e comunicar tendências relevantes;
  • Colaborar com áreas internas como produção e logística;
  • Liderar a equipe de compras, garantindo o alcance de metas e KPIs;
  • Organizar ações externas para expandir a base de fornecedores e aumentar volumes de compra.

QUALIFICAÇÕES TÉCNICAS

  • Formação acadêmica: Graduação em Agronomia, Economia, Administração ou área relacionada;
    Experiência em compras de cacau, negociação de commodities, gestão de fornecedores e análise de mercado. 
    Habilidades de negociação, comunicação, liderança de equipe e análise de dados;
  • Conhecimento em contratos, logística, qualidade e gestão de fornecedores.
    Carteira de habilitação: B
  • Residir em Uruará-PA
