About the role
- As a Learning Delivery Specialist, you will play a key role in our HR Services team, supporting the global Learning and Development Center of Excellence (L&D COE). You will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and effective delivery of our global and functional learning initiatives.
- Your main responsibilities include the coordination, administration, and logistics of our global L&D portfolio (including leadership and power skills development, global onboarding, language and compliance training), participants management and training facilitator support.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include
- Coordinate and oversee the logistics and administrative aspects of L&D programs, including scheduling, venue arrangements, equipment setup, and material preparation.
- Actively manage participant’s logistics end-to-end - from nomination, visa requests, registration and communication to attendance tracking, certification, post-event feedback collection and reporting.
- Support the delivery and rollout of key L&D initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and participants’ needs.
- Collaborate and communicate with L&D COE, HR teams, and external vendors to ensure seamless integration and execution of learning programs.
- Maintain and update L&D records, databases, learning management systems (LMS), training materials and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Provide administrative support for L&D, including liaising with providers, tracking learning progress, and managing budgets and invoices (e.g. for leadership development, language training, Global Onboarding).
- Assist in the coordination and delivery of Global Onboarding Days, contributing to a positive and informative onboarding experience for new hires.
- Resolve logistical or administrative issues and support tickets, offering solutions to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of L&D programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the L&D processes, identifying opportunities for automation, optimization and innovation.

About you
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in HR, Psychology, Educational Sciences, Business, Economics or similar
- Fluent in English – verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability
- Proficiency in learning management system administration (LMS) and Google Workspace
- Experience in event coordination or training program logistics is highly desirable
