About the role:

This is a temporary role for 9-12 months for our chocolate decorations site in Heule, Kortrijk. For almost 30 years, IBC has been specialized in food decorations and colorants: printed transfer sheets, seasonal chocolate decorations, and personalization for all applications. Our team of designers creates on-trend designs throughout the year and on request.

 

●    The role of Customer Care Agent means providing efficient, quick, and friendly service to customers as well as building strong relationships with them. For this specific temporary CCA function you will help support the Customer Care team with administrative tasks.
●    The support role for Master Data is an administrative role as well.
 

Responsibilities include:

- Analyses of different lists out of our ERP system;
- Check of price lists and upload new/altered prices;

- Code creation in our existing ERP system (back-up MD);
- Input of several stock corrections, usage of materials, scrapping of expired stock;
- (Private) label creations, solving unexpected label issues, contact with label supplier and label maintenance company;
- Register new orders from customers that are sent to us via email or over the phone;
- Request design proposals to the design team and do a close follow-up;
- Send invoices, order confirmations etc. to customers via email;
 

About you:

●    Preferrably a Bachelor's degree 
●    Experience in a commercial role is a plus
●    You aim for the highest level of customer service and are commercially-minded
●    You value and ensure quality
●    You are a communicative, flexible team player
●    You have a flexible and eager-to-learn mindset
●    Good knowledge of Excel is a plus
●    SAP and Navision knowledge is a plus
●    Languages: fluent in Dutch & English
