We are looking for a dedicated Payroll Specialist (m/f/d) to join our HR team in a part-time position (50%). In this role, you will take partial responsibility for accurate and timely payroll processing for both blue-collar and white-collar employees across two Barry Callebaut sites. You will work closely with HR, Finance, and operational teams.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Independent processing of monthly payroll for employees at two sites
  • Maintain and manage time tracking in ATOSS
  • Ensure compliance with legal and collective agreement requirements
  • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll and time management
  • Prepare reports and analyses for HR and Finance
  • Liaise with external service providers, authorities, and social security institutions
  • Support HR administration, if necessary

 

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of experience in payroll processing, ideally with ATOSS
  • Solid knowledge of labor, tax, and social security law
  • Experience with shift models (early, late, night shifts) and related allowances
  • High level of accuracy, responsibility, and confidentiality
  • Strong communication and service orientation
  • Proficient in MS Office
