Over de functie:

Als Operations SAP Support vorm jij de schakel tussen SAP en de dagelijkse productieactiviteiten. Je zorgt ervoor dat systemen correct gebruikt worden, data betrouwbaar is en processen vlot verlopen op de werkvloer.
Je ondersteunt productieploegen in real time, lost SAP‑problemen op en draagt actief bij aan verbeteringen op het vlak van voorraadbeheer, materiaalstromen en operationele prestaties.

 

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Ondersteunen van operatoren en teamleaders bij SAP‑gebruik in de productie.
  • Oplossen van problemen rond stockbewegingen, transacties en afwijkingen.
  • Controleren en corrigeren van administratieve SAP‑transacties.
  • Vergelijken van SAP‑data met fysieke stock en verzekeren van correcte boekingen.
  • Ondersteunen van stocktellingen en opvolgen van materiaalafwijkingen.
  • Analyseren van KPI’s en SAP‑data om verbeteringen te identificeren.
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van medewerkers in SAP‑gebruik en best practices.
  • Aanpassen van globale procedures naar lokale operationele noden.

 

Jouw profiel:

  • Diploma secundair onderwijs; ervaring in productie of logistiek is een plus.
  • Eerste ervaring met SAP is een voordeel.
  • Sterk analytisch en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Goed inzicht in productieprocessen en materiaalstromen.
  • Sterke organisatorische skills en oog voor detail.
  • Vlot in Nederlands en Frans, met goede kennis van Engels.

À propos du poste:

En tant que Operations SAP Support, vous êtes le lien entre SAP et les opérations de production quotidiennes. Vous veillez à la précision des données, au bon usage du système et au bon déroulement des processus sur le terrain.
Vous intervenez directement auprès des équipes de production pour résoudre les problèmes SAP et améliorer les flux de matières, la gestion des stocks et la performance opérationnelle.

 

Vos responsabilités:

  • Apporter un support SAP aux équipes de production (opérateurs et chefs d’équipe).
  • Résoudre les problèmes liés aux mouvements de stock et aux transactions.
  • Contrôler et corriger les transactions administratives dans SAP.
  • Comparer les données SAP avec les stocks physiques et assurer des enregistrements corrects.
  • Participer aux inventaires et analyser les écarts de matières.
  • Analyser les KPI et identifier des opportunités d’amélioration.
  • Former et accompagner les collaborateurs à l’utilisation de SAP.
  • Adapter les procédures globales aux réalités locales.

 

Votre profil:

  • Diplôme secondaire; une expérience en production ou logistique est un plus.
  • Première expérience SAP est un atout.
  • Esprit analytique et orienté solutions.
  • Bonne compréhension des flux de production et des matières.
  • Excellente organisation et souci du détail.
  • Bonne maîtrise du néerlandais et du français, avec un bon niveau d’anglais.
