About the role

A highly motivated Area Sales Executive (Territory) to accelerate the sales growth of our Gourmet brands (Van Houten Professional, Callebaut, Cacao Barry) to Bakery/Pastry customers and Cash & Carry outlets in West Java, with a focus on large accounts.

 

Key responsibilities include

  • Drive sales volume of our all Gourmet Brands to Bakery & Pastry (BAPA) and Cash & Carry (Ingredients shops) Channel.
  • Support distributor sales team in the West Java area.
  • Working with Technical team to understand customer needs
  • Working Marketing team in Regional and support local trade marketing team
  • Frequent customer visit (physically or virtually)

 

About you

  • Min. Bachelor Degree
  • Min. 5 years of experience in same field gourmet/food services industry (Bakery, Horeca, and Ingredient shop) is a must
  • Experience in the same food services/gourmet customers in  West Java territory is preferable
  • Understanding in Baking Goods or chef background is most advantages
  • Training/Seminars/Workshop/Exhibition in similar Industry
  • Experienced in new product launch
  • Willing to travel within territory
  • Strong background in sales capability
  • Willing to work with distributor team
  • Fluent English both oral and written
  • Computer literary (MS. Office)
